Patience didn’t like her name and she couldn’t comprehend why her parents would name her that. She believed that people lived true to their names and she blamed her name for everything.
She always took her time with everything, was always the last to get anywhere and she cursed her name but what she didn’t realize was that her name wasn’t a curse but a blessing.
The older she goes, the more she learned that it was never really about who got there first but the true value was in the journey and her life was filled with wonderful memories of the journeys she had been on.
